Since winter never came to us in Frankfurt (again for the 2nd consecutive year!), we figured we gotta go get some ourselves: Off to Bad Reichenhall in Berchtesgadenland for mountains of snow!
So we drove some 500 kilometres and braved through hours of the infamous Autobahn A3 congestion (traffic news two days prior to our trip recorded a 30 km stationary traffic on this southeast route down to Wuerzburg) to get ourselves a white Easter!
Yep, we did have a great "snow"ball of vacation!

It's so funny cos we were in Bad Reichenhall at the same time. And I was thinking to myself, if only we had the sense to buy the red sleigh from Lidl like Puay Puay and Alan..wonder what they are doing??
We stayed in a really sweet Pension called Erika for only one night.

Yeah, heard from Alan that you guys were also in Bad Reichenhall.
We actually wanted to go down to Neustift in Innsbruck. But it's all booked out coz of the perfect snowy weather for skiing.
We had this enormous suite with a kitchen complete with an oven, but it came with an enormous price too, 87 Euro per adult/night. Kids stayed for free.
Hee... wanna see more action with the red sled??? Watch out for videos! :)
